  BBC Builders was founded by dedicated Texans who believe in integrity and getting the job done right the first time. The company began with Colby Pierce, a UTPB graduate with a BBA in Finance, who took over the family business, Fashion Floors, and led it to success. In 2012, his brother Hunter Pierce joined him, strengthening their flooring and remodeling services. In 2014, Colby expanded by establishing a construction division. Meanwhile, Charles Lewis, a lifelong friend, was managing his own successful construction companies. In 2018, Colby, Hunter, and Charles united their expertise to create one of the leading construction companies in the Permian Basin.
